The set of re-cert packets are for members that are due for re-certification in April 2008.
NOTE: The CBSPD mails re-cert packets 6 months in advance so that the
individual has time to get their information together. If anyone does
not receive their re-cert packet when they are supposed to, they should
contact the CBSPD. A change of address or name can be the cause for not
receiving mail. To update your name/address please click here.
